Customer Order Status is another example of our Graphics/400 products specifically designed to
provide management with visual tools to key information. The screens and controls are intuitive to anyone
familiar with the MS-Windows interface.
This application presents graphical and charted information directly from the PRMS(c) Customer Order files. The application will work with most versions of PRMS(c), in a multi-plant or single-company environment. The application features a multi-document interface that allows you to simultaneously view multiple companies or different views of the same company. Viewing options include Order summary and Line Item detail Grids and a $/Days Barchart. Drill-down from barchart to Order Summary to Line Item detail, or jump directly to a desired view from the Main Filter selection form. The application features our interactive grids, including export capability to MS-Excel, and a variety of reports.
Order Summary Grid Viewer Presents Order Summary information in an interactive grid with export options to Excel. Drill-down to Line Item Grid by Order or Customer Number. This application links directly to your AS/400 for real-time data access. It works directly with the Customer Order files to present summary and detail information. The application features graphical representation of data in both screens and reports. The initial order selection screen uses filters and selection criteria to limit records on subsequent screens and reports. The list boxes for Order Status and Order Type accept multi-selections. Product and Customer filters extend the ability to focus on very specific summary or detail order information. From the order selection screen, you can jump directly to a filtered set of customer sales orders or to a bar-chart of remaining dollars by schedule date. If you choose the bar-chart, click on a bar (representing a schedule date) to apply a date filter and display the customer sales orders. From the customer sales order screen, select on any row to drill-down to the view the status of individual products for the selected sales order or for the selected customer. Both customer orders and order detail include several pre-defined report options of the filtered records. The bar-chart can also be printed with a recap of remaining values by schedule date.
