This macro is used with downloaded PRMS files, GLTRANxx and GLSUMxx that
include the fields: ORGNO, MAJOR, SUB. This macro will create and format
a new account number field (column) in your Excel spreadsheet for sorting,
subtotaling, and readability. The account number is formatted as
9999999-99999-999.
Suggestion: Place this macro in your PERSONAL.XLS file in the XLSTART
folder for common access to all of your Excel spreadsheets.
Formats: GLAccount.ZIP (8 k)

Use this macro to convert an AS/400 negative number to a PC negative
number. This macro is critical to the utilization of downloaded AS/400
spool files or screen copies into an Excel spreadsheet. In the AS/400,
negative numbers appear with the sign to the right of the number, i.e.,
10-. To Excel, this is a text string that cannot be used in a
calculation. This macro converts the text to a recognizable PC negative
number, i.e., -10.
To use the macro, after installation, highlight a cell or range within
the spreadsheet. Press Alt-F8 to open the macro and select Run.
Any character/numeric field with a minus sign on the right (10-) will be
converted to a PC Negative number with the minus sign on the left (-10).
