Microsoft Excel 2000 - Macro for AS/400 Negative
Numbers

Use this macro to convert an AS/400 negative number to a PC negative
number. This macro is critical to the utilization of downloaded AS/400
spool files or screen copies into an Excel spreadsheet. In the AS/400,
negative numbers appear with the sign to the right of the number, i.e.,
10-. To Excel, this is a text string that cannot be used in a
calculation. This macro converts the text to a recognizable PC negative
number, i.e., -10.
Suggestion: Place this macro in your PERSONAL.XLS file in the XLSTART
folder for common access to all of your Excel spreadsheets.
Formats: NegNumbers.ZIP (8 k)
